Robyn started doing Crossfit in 2013 on her own as a way to get back in shape and quickly fell in love with the sport. She found Crossfit 416 later that year and has been a dedicated member, and now coach, ever since.

As an ex-competitive swimmer and swim instructor, Robyn is able to take her athletic background and competitive nature and apply it inside the gym. She has a keen interest in injury prevention and rehabilitation by improving and maintaining proper strength and mobility.

From a family of 7 Crossfitters, she is surrounded by a wealth of information and exposure to the sport all the time. It’s not hard to understand why Crossfit is a very large part of Robyn’s life and why dedicating time to share her knowledge and love of it with others is her passion.

Robyn is a Level 2 CrossFit Trainer

Hannah started CrossFit in 2015 in an attempt to improve her strength and conditioning for kettlebell sport competitions. After seeing tremendous improvement in both her strength and endurance and being challenged by her weaknesses, she was immediately hooked on improving herself as an athlete through CrossFit and specifically Olympic weightlifting.
Seeking to pass along her passion and knowledge for training, she started coaching soon after and found her home at 416 in 2017. Hannah takes a holistic approach to fitness, believing that a healthy mind, healthy lifestyle and healthy, strong body are all connected – you cannot truly have one without the other.
She currently holds her Level 1 certificate, CrossFit Weightlifting and CrossFit Gymnastics.
