Calling everyone who dreams of getting their first strict pull-up or who has plateaued their number of pull-ups!
This 4-week (2x per week) Specialty Program provides personalized instruction to help you:
✔️ gain strength
✔️ assess and improve your mobility & stability restrictions
✔️ develop proper mechanics of pulling
Each athlete will be assessed at the start of the program and progressions will be created according to each individual goal.
The next program cycle starts Aug 20th!
Sessions run Tues & Thurs evenings at 6:30pm.
