At CrossFit 416 we’ve created an inclusive community that makes training more fun and helps push each member to reach their full potential. Once you’ve completed our CrossFit Basics program and have been cleared for our CrossFit Group Classes, you can jump on board. We offer 42 CrossFit classes per week with classes ranging from 6am to 7:30pm start times.
CrossFit classes are led by one or two of our coaches and follow our Workout of the Day (WOD). While these classes move at a quick pace, they’re highly scaleable and appropriate for most individuals who have completed our CrossFit Basics program.
Each class starts out with a group warm-up, a review of the movements and a discussion about the prescription of skill/strength work and the WOD being executed that day. CrossFit classes will include lots of hands-on help from our coaching staff to make sure you’re working in a safe and effective manner.
