Come to our free weekly intro classes, held every Saturday at 11am. This class is a great way to learn about CrossFit 416, our philosopy, and programming style. The class will consist of some introductions, a Q and A, a comprehensive warm-up, movement introduction and instruction, and of course it will finish with a WOD (workout of the day).

If you are experienced in CrossFit, attending this class will allow the coach to asses your abilities, prior to you purchasing a membership.
