CrossFit 416 Endurance is back!
To kick off the season, we are offering two FREE weeks of sessions to members and non-members!
• Thursday, May 23rd @6:30pm
• Saturday, May 25th @ 12pm
• Thursday, May 30th @ 6:30pm
• Saturday, June 1st @ 12pm
These sessions will allow you to get a feel for the program + class structure, and get to know our amazing new Coach, Anna!
“I was born and raised in Greece! My first run was on a mountain with my dad when I was 5 years old and I have been running since then! I am passionate about human movement and health. I am following my passion by studying kinesiology! I’ve run 4 marathons (2 for fun and 2 that I actually trained for) and I have qualified for the Boston Marathon twice! I do CrossFit to complement my training and add on to my endurance and strength. I recently got my CrossFit Level 1 and I am excited to put my kinesiology knowledge into practice by teaching classes!” – Anna
4 Week Training Blocks: Each 4 week block will consist of 2 training days per week
- Thursdays @ 6:30pm
- Saturdays @ 12pm
The first block starts on Thursday, June 6th.
Establish a baseline: Each member will be tested on a short and middle distance run. This will provide us with the data we need to personalize your splits for interval sessions, and push you on the longer run days.
Session Structure: Thursday night sessions will consist of interval style training, while varying the distances. Saturdays are the longer duration runs.
Location: Each class will start at CrossFit 416! Coach Anna will vary the run routes every session.
