Do you want to improve your running in WODs, are looking to run a 5km, 10km, half or full marathon?
CrossFit 416 Endurance is back!
4 Week Training Blocks: Each 4 week block will consist of 2 training days per week – Tuesdays & Thursdays at 6:30pm.
Establish a baseline: Each member will be tested on a short and middle distance run. This will provide us with the data we need to personalize your splits for interval sessions, and help you with your goals.
Session Structure: Classes will run Tuesday and Thursday nights and will both consist of interval style training, while varying the distances.
Location: Each class will start at CrossFit 416! Coach Anna will vary the run routes every session.
“I was born and raised in Greece! My first run was on a mountain with my dad when I was 5 years old and I have been running since then! I am passionate about human movement and health. I am following my passion by studying kinesiology! I’ve run 4 marathons (2 for fun and 2 that I actually trained for) and I have qualified for the Boston Marathon twice! I do CrossFit to complement my training and add on to my endurance and strength. I recently got my CrossFit Level 1 and I am excited to put my kinesiology knowledge into practice by teaching classes!” – Anna
