Learn how to move better, faster and more confidently with a barbell during the Olympic lifts, the Clean, Snatch and Jerk!
Sometimes we get caught up in the speed of a class, the rush of a workout, or a heavy weight, and then get stuck in a poor movement pattern. During this program, Coach Hannah will help you find movement inefficiencies and correct them through drills, practice and awareness work.
This 4-week, 2 sessions/week class series will benefit beginner and newer lifters, as well as more seasoned athletes looking to tighten up their technique in the Olympic Lifts. You will learn how to execute each movement effectively and efficiently; and learn how to move better under intensity. Each class will include mobility work, skill/technique, practice time and cool-down.

Sessions run Wednesday evenings at 7:30-9pm & Sunday mornings 9-10:30am.

Work with Coach Hannah to build strength in the “big three” lifts: Squat, Bench Press & Deadlift.
This 8-week strength cycle consists of classes 2x per week + 1x homework day a week. Additional accessory work will be used to focus on complimentary muscles (back, quads, glutes, etc).

Sessions run Thursday evenings at 6:30-7:30pm & Sunday 12:30-1:30pm.
