Welcome to week 3 of our latest programming cycle. If you missed our post earlier this week, we are now giving out the full week of workouts via email (only if you’re interested). If you would like to receive the email on Sundays please sign-up the mailing list. For who wants to keep their daily workout as surprise , below is a breakdown on what to expect for this week.
We’re starting the week off with some strongman and unilateral movements. We have a power clean EMOM on Tuesday with a very very fun WOD. Gymnastics this week will focus on the strength and skill of the Ring Muscle up and technique of the Rope Climb. If you miss OverHead Squats, make sure you come by on Thursday. On Sunday we are celebrating Keren’s birthday with a killer birthday WOD.
