Warm-up

3 minutes full body dynamics

2 rounds of:

30 seconds Weighted deadbug, arms only

10 x Weighted glute bridges (right/left)

10 x Overhead squats

 

Strength

Build to a 3 rep touch and go Snatch

 

WOD

Increasing ladder by 2’s for 12 minutes of

2 x Snatch (90% from strength)

2 x Strict pull-ups

*increase by 2 reps each round

 

Cool Down

1 minute Active banded hip flexor stretch (right/left)

1 minute Pigeon pose (right/left)
