Strength

Floor Press

Performance: Build to a heavy 3 rep

 

WOD

For time:

100 x Double unders

80 x Overhead plate lunges (45/35)

50 x Burpees to plate

 

Cool Down

1:00 min Calf stretch (right/left)

1:00 min Standing wall lat stretch

1:00 min Seated glute stretch (right/left)
