News and Notes:
- For the next week, please take your water bottles home with you so that we can get rid of all the extra’s that are kicking around. All water bottles still in the gym next Wednesday, will be tossed.
- Friday Night Lights is going down again on Friday. Make sure you sign-up on Mindbody so that you are placed in a heat. Email email@example.com if you have any issues.
