0:00-3:00 minutes: Low Bar Hip Drive
3:00-6:00 minutes: Low Bar Kip
6:00-9:00 minutes: Low Bar Turnover
9:00-12:00 minutes: Jumping Bar Muscle Ups/Bar Muscle Ups

 

Performance
In groups of 3
0:00-3:00 minutes: Rotate through 3 Strict Pull-ups each
3:00-6:00 minutes: Rotate through 3 x Kipping Pull-ups each
6:00-9:00 minutes: Rotate through 3 x Chest to Bar Pull-ups each
9:00-12:00 minutes: Rotate through 2 x Bar Muscle-ups each

 

WOD

As many rounds as possible in 7 minutes of
10 x Power Snatch (75/55)
3 x Bar Muscle-ups
