Minute 1: 10 x Feet Elevated Ring Row

Minute 2: Russian Turnover + 3 Box Dips

Minute 3:  3 x Log roll + 10 x V-Ups

 

Performance:

On the minute for 12 minutes

Minute 1-4: Ring Swings

Minute 5-8: 1 + Jumping Muscle up + 3 Strict Dips + 3 Kipping Dips

Minute 9-12: 1 Strict Muscle-ups + 2 Kipping Muscle-ups
