4 x Strict Press

5 x Back Squat

6 x Push Press

7 x Sumo Deadlift High Pull

8 x Front Rack Lunges

9 x Thruster

10 x Hang Power Snatch

11 x Overhead Squat

12 x Over the Bar Burpee

This is 12 Days of Christmas Barbell Style. Start with 1 Deadlift, then  2 Hang Power Cleans + 1 Deadlift, then 3 Front Squats + 2 Hang Power Cleans + 1 Deadlift …..and so on.
