Strict Press – 8 minutes

Fitness: 3 x 5 reps

Performance:  Build to 90% of 1RM, then drop back 15%  and complete 1 set of max reps

3 x Push Press

2 x Push Jerk

1 x Split Jerk

15 x Over the box Jumps(24/20)

*Build up to a heavy set of the complex
