Fitness:

10 x Strict Pull-Ups

10 x Ring Push-Ups

 

Performance:

5 sets of

2 x Strict Muscle-Ups + 5 Dips

 

WOD

Spend 1 minute at each station for 5 rounds and for max reps:

1. Box Jumps

2. Lateral Ball Slams (50/20)

3. Sandbag hold (140+/100+)

4. Rest
