Kneeling Single Arm Banded Row: 4 x 15-20 reps

Ab Wheel Roll-Outs: 4 x 10 reps

 

WOD

With a partner complete 5 rounds of

3 x Power Clean (185/135) + Front Rack hold

20 x Renegade Row (50/35)

*Partner A holds onto the barbell in a front rack hold until partner B finishes the row
