CrossFit 416 Daily – Tuesday, September 26th

WOD

Every 90 seconds for 4 rounds with a partner:

1) 20 x Overhead plate lunges (45lbs/35lbs)

2) 100 ft Sled push

3) 200 ft Sandbag carry

4) 15 x Ring rows

5) 12/10 calories Assault bike

*both partners will perform each set of reps/distance per exercise, reps are not split up
