Deadlift to knee + Hang Power Clean (below knee) + Front Squat

Level 2

Hang Clean (below knee) – build to a heavy single

 

Front Squats -10 min

Level 1

3 x 3 reps across – add 5- 10lbs from last week

Level 2

Build to a heavy 2 reps

 

WOD

20 x 1-Arm overhead Kettlebell reverse lunge

20 x Band Pull-Apart

20 x Strict Knees to Elbows
