Picnic Club Update from Crystal

Another week of the open is in the books.  Silver lining: They likely won’t ask for overhead squats and chest to bar pull-ups in 15.3

Thanks to everyone who brought in food.  You’ve all been stepping up your game each week.

And now, without further ado, here is your theme for week 3…

15.3 is…COCONUTS

Your food can be super coconut-y (i.e coconut-stuffed coconuts) or it can have little to no coconut content at all(i.e cooking one ingredient in coconut oil/guacamole with one drop of coconut water on top to finish it).  Do whatever you want.

 

Pina coladas are also encouraged.
