B) On the 2 minute: Push Jerk 3-3-3-3 reps

 

Performance:

A) On the 3 minute: Hang Power Clean 10-10-10 reps

B) On the 2 minute: Jerk 3-3-3-3 reps

 

WOD

As many rounds as possible in 8 minutes of

4 x Clean and Jerks (185/125)

6 x Box Jumps (24/20)

8 x Ball Slams (50/20)
