3 x 5 reps +2.5-5lbs from last week

Level 2

2 x 5 reps, 1 x Max reps < 10

+2.5-10lbs from last week depending on rep count

 

WOD

Not for time:

2-3 Rounds

200m Double KB Front Rack Carry (53/35)

50 x sit-up

 

Run WOD (6:30pm)

Tempo: Rogers Centre.
Warm-up: dynamic, strides, ABCS.
WOD: Stadiums 4sets x 5runs (RX with alt 15 x burpees and 30 x abs),
Cool Down: jog back to 416 and roll out.
