A) On the 5 minutes for 4 rounds of:

400/300m row

Sandbag Clean and Jerk

100 ft farmer carry

*complete conga line style

 

B) 4 x 20 seconds  Assault Bike

*rest until bike is available

 

C) 5 rounds, 30 seconds of each

Front Plank

Side Plank (R/L)

Glute Bridge hold

Rest 30 seconds after each round

 

Cool Down

1:00 minute Hamstring wall stretch (right/left)

1:00 minute Low back stretch (right/left)
