Rd 2- 4 reps @ 75%
Rd 3 – 2 reps @ 80%
Rd 4 – 2 reps @ 85%
Rd 5 – 1 rep @ 90%

WOD

4 Rounds

60 sec each round

Rd 1 – 8 x Ball Slam(40/20), Max reps Power Clean(135/95)

Rest 60 sec

Rd 2 – 8 x Ball Slam(40/20), Max reps Front Squat(115/75)

Rest 60 sec

Rd 3 – 8 x Ball Slam(40/20), Max reps Push Press (95/65)

Rest 60 sec

Rd 4 – 8 x Ball Slam(40/20), Max reps Squat Clean Thruster(95/65)
