Strength

Back Squat

Level 1

3 x 5 reps – Set across – subtract 15lbs from last working 3 x 5 of previous cycle

Level 2

A)Build to 90% of 1RM

B)Max reps @ -35lbs from (A)

 

WOD

For time:

5-4-3-2-1 reps Deadlift (315/205)

10-20-30-40-50 reps Double Unders

5-4-3-2-1 reps Muscle Ups

*Muscle up – 2 x reps – Ring Row + Ring Dips or bench dips

*Scale double under to 5-10-15-20-25 attempts
