A) Build to 1 rep @ 90%

B)Max reps -25lbs from (A)

 

WOD

On The Minute for 10 min

5 x Thruster(95/65)

5 x Pull-up

5 x Burpee

Subtract 1 rep from each movement if you miss a round (no less than 3 reps)

*Scale with jumping pull-ups
