Run WOD (10am)

Speed: Canoe Landing.
Warm-up: dynamic, strides, ABCs, strides.
WOD: 20-40-80-100-120-100-80-40-20 sprints with walk recovery and block start.
Cool Down: jog to 416 and roll out.
