WOD

2 Rounds

2 Min at each station for max reps

Ball Slams(40/20)

Dumbbell Hang Clean and Press(40/25)

Front Rack KB Lunges(53/35)

Bear Crawl

*One partner works, one partner rests

*2 Min rest between rounds

 

Run WOD (10am)

Speed: Canoe Landing.
Warm-up: dynamic, strides, ABCs, strides.
WOD: 20-40-80-100-120-100-80-40-20 sprints with walk recovery and block start.
Cool Down: jog to 416 and roll out.
*Score = total time.
