CrossFit 416 Daily – Saturday, January 7th

News and Notes:

  • Reminder:  Our Lifestyle Challenge Seminar is taking place Sunday @ 2:30pm.  This will be your last chance to sign-up.  Next week is prep week, with the Challenge starting on January 16th.
  • Body Comp Measurements:  those participating in the Lifestyle Challenge and would like to have their body fat measurements completed on Sunday, please e-mail rachel@crossfit416.ca to reserve your spot! Ben Sit from Evolved Sports and Nutrition will be completing these measurements using fat calipers, and will help in giving a more accurate measurement of your body composition. Cost: $50 for pre and post challenge, $30 for a single measurement. Please note that you must register yourself a spot ahead of time to get these measurements taken. Thanks!

3 Burpee Box Jumps (24/20)
2 Power Snatch + Hang Power Snatch (105/75)
rest 2 min
Complete as many rounds as possible in 4 minutes
3 Burpee Box Jump Over(24/20)
1 Power Snatch + Hang Power Snatch + Overhead Squat (105/75)
*For each AMRAP, parters alternate full rounds
