Warm-up

6:00 minutes Ab mat pizza game

*for every drop complete 5 x sit ups 5 x air squats 5 x push ups

 

WOD

As many rounds as possible with a partner in 30 minutes of:

100 x Wallballs (20/14)

80 x Sit ups

60 x Burpees

40 x Alternating dumbbell snatch (50/35)

20 x Dumbbell Front Squats (50/35)

*after each completed round each athlete completes 10 x strict pull-ups – break up any way you like

 

Cash Out

Arms & Abs

As fast as possible

50 x Reverse barbell curls

50 x Barbell curls

50 x Hollow rocks
