With a partner:

Complete an 8 min AMRAP at each station, alternating full rounds with your partner

Station 1: 5 x Power Clean (135/95), 20 Double Unders

Station 2: Row 10/8 calories, 5 burpees over rower

Station 3: 7 x Ball Slam(40/20), 7 x Knees to Elbows

Rest 2 min between stations
