Strength

Performance: Build to a heavy 3 rep

 

WOD

On the minute for ten minutes of:

5 x Single arm dumbbell clean and jerk (50/35)

5 x Box jumps (30/24)

 

Cool Down

1:00 x Wall hamstring stretch
