Strength

Back Squat – 12 min

Level 1

3 x 5 reps – scale back two weeks

Level 2

1 x 20 reps – use around 60% of 1RM for the working set

 

WOD

On the Minute for 15

Min 1 – 25 x KB Swing (53/35)

Min 2 – 15 x Burpee to a 45lbs plate

Min 3 – Rest
