Back Squat (20 min)

Level 1: Build to a 5RM

Level 2: Build to a 1RM

 

WOD

Complete as many rounds as possible in 10 min

10 x Goblet Squat (53/35)

10 x KB Swing(53/35)

30 x Double unders

*Scale double unders with 15 attempts
