Performance:

A) On the 2 minutes for 3 rounds

Weighted Strict Pull-Ups 5-5-5 reps

B) On the 3 minutes for 3 rounds

Deadlift 4-4-4 reps

 

WOD

As many rounds as possible in 15 minutes (with a partner)

50 x Dumbbell Cleans (50/35)

40 x Burpees

30 x Toes to bar

20 x Deadlifts (185/125)
