The Lifestyle Challenge has come to an end!  Congratulations to everyone who participated!  Results to come this week.

 

Welcome to the start of the CrossFit Open!  Over the course of the next 5 weeks, our programming will be constantly varied with each week’s focus to prepare for the Open WOD on Friday.  You have put in hard work throughout the year to test yourself in the competition, good luck and have fun.

Strength

5 Rounds

A1)Clean to Thruster + 2 Thrusters – build up in weight over 5 sets

Rest 10-15 sec

A2)Strict Chest 2 Bar Pull-ups x 6 – Scale reps or 3 x negative pull-ups

Rest 90 sec

 

WOD

For time:

5-10-15-20-25-30 Reps

Wall Ball(20/14)

Box Jump(24/20)
