This week we are going to test 3 lifts to see if all the hard work over the last 6 weeks has paid off.  The schedule for testing is the following:

Monday: Snatch

Wednesday: Back Squat

Friday: Clean and Jerk



Level 1

Build to a 1RM Power Snatch

*if you have trouble organizing from the floor, test from the hang position

Level 2

Build to a 1RM Snatch



10 Min AMRAP

12 x Deadlift (185/125)

9 x Box Jump(24/20)

6 x Ring Dips

*Scale ring dips with bench dips or push-ups
