Level 2

1 x 20 reps +5-10lbs

 

WOD

3 Rounds for max reps

60 sec Russian KB Swings

60 sec Box Jumps

60 sec Push Press(75/55)

60 sec rest

 

Pop up mobility with the doc (5:30pm only)

Anterior shoulder

Target areas
– Anterior and lateral shoulder, deltoid, chest, biceps

Test and Retest examples:

– Dip

– Overhead press

– Front squat position

– Push up and bench

Movements

– Anterior compartment smash

– Barbell shoulder smash

– Bilateral internal rotation mobilization

– Banded Bully
