Back Squat

Every 3 Minutes x 5 sets

Level 1: 5 reps @-30lbs from 5RM

Level 2: 5 reps @ 80% of 1RM

 

WOD

8 Min AMRAP

20 x Wallballs (20/14)

10 x Toes to bar

Then for time: 500m run

*2 separate scores (note time when you leave for the run)
