3 x Knee Ups + 10 x Toes to kettlebell

 

Performance:

2 x Strict Pull-Ups + 2 x Strict Knees to Elbows + 2 x Strict Toes to Bar

 

WOD

With a partner complete 2 minutes at each station for 3 rounds and for max reps

  1. Burpee Box Jumps (24/20)
  2. Inverted Rows
  3. Dumbbell Cleans (50/35)
