News and Notes:

  • Thanks to everyone who came out to Rugby Rumble!
  • Reminder, take all belongings from the cubby’s at the front and do not leave anything but shoes at the shoe rack – bags, bottles, clothes etc.. will be removed on Wednesday.



Back Squat

Every 3:30sec for 5 sets

Level 1: 4 reps +5lb from last week

Level 2: 4 reps @ 85%



For time:

30 x Pistol

30 KettleBell Swing (53/35)

200m run

20 Pistol

20 KBS

200m run

10 Pistol

10 KBS

200m run

*Pistols are alternating

*Scale pistols with goblet squats

5 pistol regressions to improve balance and mobility
