On the minute for 9 minutes

Min 1: Banded Pull Downs x 15 reps

Min 2: Plank to push up x 10 reps

Min 3: Barbell Shoulder Press

 

Strength

Strict Press

Fitness: 3 x 5 reps

Performance: Build to a 2 rep max

 

WOD

5 Rounds for time of:

400m run

5 x Push Jerks (185/125)

 

Cool Down

1:00 minute Banded shoulder stretch
