B) On the 30 seconds

Speed Deadlift 6 x 1 reps @ 70%

 

WOD

As many rounds as possible in 8 minutes of:

10 x Deadlift (225/155)

30 x Double Unders

 

Cool Down

1:00 minute Lax ball forearm smash

1:00 minute Banded hamstring stretch (Right/Left)
