Strength

A. Single Leg Romanian Deadlift

3 x 8 reps per leg, 30X0 Tempo, Rest 60 sec

 

B1.Single Arm Dumbbell Press

3 x 10 per arm, 3010 Tempo, Rest 45 sec

B2.Ring Rows

3 x Max Reps, 31X0 Tempo, Rest 60 sec

 

WOD

3 Rounds each for time:

Run 200m

20 x Back Squat (135/95) – from rack

15 x Burpee

Rest 1 Min between Rounds

*time each round separately

 

Running WOD (6:30pm)

Warm-up: Run to Rogers Centre, Dynamic, strides, ABC strides, lunges

Run: Stadiums 5 x 3

Cool Down: Jog back to 416
