Gymnastics Skills

Spend 15 min working on gymnastics and/or oly skills

 

WOD

3 Rounds

60 sec work, 60 sec rest for max reps

Ball Slams(40/20)

Rowing (for calories)/Run 200 (every second under 60 sec counts as 1 rep)

Burpees

 

Run WOD(6:30pm)

Tempo: Stadium Road South Park

Warm up: dynamic (runners lung/hamstring alt. side lung), strides, ABCs, strides

WOD:Diagonals 5x 5. 

Cool down: jog back to 416 and roll out
