Complete AMRAP in 25 min

Station 1:  Complete 1 Round of “Cindy” (5 pull-up, 10 push-up, 15 Air squats) then max effort Power Clean and Jerk (115/85)

Station 2: Run 400m

*One partner completes 1 round of “Cindy” then max effort clean and jerks until the other partner returns from the 400m run. Partners will then switch.

*Score is total Clean and Jerks combined
