In Parters come AMRAP in 15 min

5 x Shoulder to Overhead(135/95)

7 x Box Jump(24/20)

9 x Sit-up

*Alternate full rounds

 

Run WOD(10 am)

Speed: Canoe Landing

Warm-up: Dynamic (walk/twist lunge and burpees), Strides, ABC’s

WOD: 20-40-80-100-120-100-80-40-20 sprints with walk recovery and block start.

Cool Down: Jog to 416 and roll out
