WOD

In Partners complete:

20 Min AMRAP

2 Rounds each

3 Man Makers(35/25)

6 Box Jumps(24/20)

9 KB Swings(53/35)

then run 500m together

*Partners alternate full rounds of the movements, once each partner has completed 2 rounds both partners will run 500m.  Complete this sequence as many times as possible in 20 min.

*Both partners must be back from the run before the next round starts
