WOD:

With a partner, in 18 min complete:

1500m Sandbag run (60/40)

Then AMRAP

5 x Burpee over the box(24/20)

10 Kettlebell Swings(53/35)

*Run is completed together

*Alternate full rounds of the AMRAP

 

Running WOD (10am)

Warm-up: Jog to Little Norway Park

Speed: Timed Intervals (roughly 400m 200m 100m)

Cool Down: back to 416 – dynamic stretches
