Run WOD(10am)

Speed: Canoe Landing.

Warm up: dynamic (side lung, leg kicks), strides, ABCs, strides.

WOD: Wind sprints 3x 7 from block start with walk back recover.

Cool down: jog back to 416 and roll out. *Score = each set total time.
