3 x Hang Power Clean (155/105)

5 x Box Jump(24/20)

7 x Ball Slam(40/20)

Run WOD(10 am)

Speed: Little Norway Park.

Warm up: dynamic (forward/backward lung, high knees on bench), strides, ABCs, strides.

WOD: Timed Intervals: 1x 400m, 250m, 100m with set starts. 

Cool down: jog back to 416 and roll out.
